We process Expert payments once a month. 

Payments are processed through NEFT Bank transfer by 15th of Every month for the solutions submitted in the previous month between 1^st – 31^st .

For Example- For all the Valid responses submitted by an expert between 1^st – 30^th April 2023, payments shall be processed by 15^th May 2020.

Note: We do not process payment through Paytm /Google pay/ Airtel Money/Cash.

To work as a Chegg expert, it is mandatory to provide the following;

– Indian PAN

– Indian Bank account

– Proof of Address issued in India (any one of Driving License, Voter ID or Aadhaar Card)

You are eligible to enrol as an expert if you possess fore-mentioned documents.

At Chegg, confidentiality is given utmost priority.

Bank and PAN details are obtained from applicants for a) verification of candidature and b) processing payments every month.

Please rest assure that the information you provide is safe with us.

Kindly ensure that you are entering correct Email id and Password when logging in. Both Email ID and Password are case sensitive.

In case you forgot your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page. You can reset password using the email ID you registered with in the first place.

At time of recruitment, a candidate can apply for only one subject.

We hire experts on a first come first serve basis.

For each subject, once the enough experts are onboarded, it is turned off and is no longer visible to candidates submitting fresh applications.

As and when vacancy is there, we will re-open those subjects.

As per our hiring policy, you may re-apply after 30 days.

You would need to write to experthiring@chegg.com to reset your account.

In case you are a student and are yet to complete graduation, please upload a soft-copy of your college identity card (ID). Alternatively, you can also upload a copy of you latest mark-sheet issued by college.

In case you already hold a graduation degree, please submit a copy of your highest degree.

It is mandatory to submit PAN details in order to complete your application. In case you do not have a PAN card, please apply here – https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/PAN/.  You can complete your application once your receive PAN details.

We only process payments to bank accounts of experts.

As an applicant, you are required to furnish details of your personal bank account. The details you provide are verified.

We shall not accept applications where bank details of other individuals are provided.

It means that the bank details furnished by you could not be verified. Hence, we have reset your bank details.
