SSC CHSL Previous Year Paper: Syllabus

The duration of this section is 60 minutes in total.

SSC CHSL Tier 2

Tier two tests the writing skills of candidates in either English or Hindi. There is an essay writing of 200 to 250 words and a letter writing section of 150 to 200 words. Both questions are mandatory.

SSC CHSL Tier 3

The SSC CHSL previous year question paper had a third tier which is a skills test. Individuals had to take up a typing test of 15 minutes in duration. SSC requires a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm for English and 30 wpm for Hindi.
