SSC CGL Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025

2. Educational Qualification

1. Collaborator Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University.
  • Desirable Qualification: CA/CS/MBA/Cost & Management Accountant/ Masters in Commerce/Masters in Business Studies.

2. Junior Statistical

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University.
  • Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at the 12th standard level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

3. Statistical Investigator Grade-II Post

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics in Class 12th.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.

4. NHRC Research Assistant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University.
  • A minimum of one year of research experience in a recognized research institution or university.
  • Law or human rights degree from a recognized university.

5. Other Posts

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or equivalent.

3. Nationality / Citizenship

Aspirants must adhere to the following nationality criteria. They must be

  • a citizen of India, or
  • a subject of Bhutan/Nepal, or
  • a person of Indian origin who has migrated to India to reside there permanently from countries such as Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam in East Africa.

The SSC’s official website will have a link to apply online for the SSC CGL 2025. Many applicants are excitedly waiting for the online application process to start so they can fill out the application form and get closer to their dream government job.

1. Application Fees

The fee may be paid electronically using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or with a credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, or in cash at SBI branches by generating an SBI Challan.

However, candidates who desire to pay in cash using the SBI challan may do so at any SBI branch during regular business hours.

2. How to apply for SSC CGL 2025?

Follow these steps to apply for SSC CGL on the web:

  • Sign in to the SSC CGL Official website.
  • Register using your email ID and phone number. Aspirants will receive the registration number via mail and text message.
  • After clicking on the Apply option, you will get the application structure. Fill it out on the web.
  • Aspirants must check the size of the photo and thumb impression details to complete the application.
  • You can pay the application fee online or through a Bank Challan, which will be created after you have filled in the necessary SSC CGL 2025 Exam application.
