Aspirants who are applying for any post in the Telangana State PSC must have a Graduation degree. It should be either from a state government university or a central university. The degree can also have verification from the University Grant Commission (UGC). The university or college should be a well-recognized university.

Candidates shall be of Indian nationality while applying for the post in the Telangana State PSC. Aspirants of nationalities other than Indian are not eligible to apply for applying in the exam of TSPSC exam. The vacancies are for Indian aspirants only.
