Maintaining an optimal sitting posture during study and work is crucial for preventing discomfort and long-term health issues, here are some things to know.

Chair Ergonomics

The chair should provide good lumbar support to maintain the natural curve of your lower back.

Desk Height

The desk should be at a height where your elbows are at a 90-degree angle when your hands are on the keyboard or workspace.

Foot Position

Your feet should be flat on the floor,  If the chair is too high, use a footrest  to ensure your feet are supported.

Back and Spine Alignment

Sit back fully in your chair so that your back is fully supported by  the backrest, maintaining.

Arm and Wrist Position

Keep your wrists in a neutral position, not bent up or down, Use a wrist rest if necessary to support your wrist.

Head and Neck Position

Keep your head aligned with your spine, avoiding forward head posture, & Your ears should be in line with  your shoulders.
