Meditation is often associated with sitting quietly and focusing inward, but many active forms can also be highly effective. Here are some types of meditation that are more dynamic.

Walking Meditation

This practice involves walking slowly and mindfully, paying attention to the movement of the feet and the sensations in the body.

Using visualization, storytelling, or instructions to help focus the mind and induce a state of relaxation or awareness.
